1. Cancellation
- If you wish to cancel your workshop appointment, please notify us at least (15) days in advance.
- Cancellations made less than (15) days of the workshop date may result in forfeiture of the workshop fee.
2. Change of Appointment
- Requests to change workshop appointments must be made at least (7) days before the scheduled date.
- Changes requested within (7) days of the workshop may be subject to availability.
- We will do our best to accommodate your request, and unable to guarantee availability for alternative dates or times.
3. Refunds
- Refunds for cancelled workshops will be processed within (30) business days from the date of cancellation.
- Refunds may be subjected to a processing fee.
4. No-show
- Failure to attend the workshop without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the workshop fee.
5. Rescheduling
- In the event that the workshop needs to be rescheduled by MAKE UP FOR EVER, we will notify all registered participants earliest possible.
- Participants will have the option to reschedule their appointment or receive a full refund.
6. Participant Responsibility
- Participants are responsible for ensuring that they arrive on time for their scheduled workshop.
- Any tardiness may result in a shortened session or cancellation without refund.
7. Force Majeure
- MAKE UP FOR EVER shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or acts of terrorism.
